PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Riverside Pipeline Company, L.P. (Riverside) is a natural gas company

with pipeline facilities located in the States of Kansas, Missouri, and

Oklahoma. Riverside is engaged in the business of transporting natural gas in

interstate commerce under authorizations granted by and subject to the

jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Riverside will perform contract transportation service only under

written service agreements after consideration of its commitments to others,

delivery capacity, and other pertinent factors.
