31.3 Questions, concerns, and/or complaints regarding the operation of

Transporter's system should be directed to the individual listed

in section 16 of these General Terms and Conditions, which may

also be the individual appointed to the position of Director of

Operations.

32. NONDISCRIMINATORY WAIVER OF TARIFF PROVISIONS

NGO Transmission may waive any provision, penalty or obligation included

in this FERC Gas Tariff on a basis which is not unduly discriminatory.
