(e) Recall Provisions (Continued)

(2) Early Evening Recall Notification:

(i) A Releasing Customer recalling capacity should provide

notice of such recall to Operator and the first

Replacement Customer no later than 3:00 P.M. CT on the

day that Evening Nominations are due;

(ii) Operator shall provide notification of such recall to

all affected Replacement Customers no later than 4:00

P.M. CT on the day that Evening Nominations are due;

(3) Evening Recall Notification:

(i) A Releasing Customer recalling capacity should provide

notice of such recall to Operator and the first

Replacement Customer no later than 5:00 P.M. CT on the

day that Evening Nominations are due;

(ii) Operator shall provide notification of such recall to

all affected Replacement Customers no later than 6:00

P.M. CT on the day that Evening Nominations are due;

(4) Intraday 1 Recall Notification:

(i) A Releasing Customer recalling capacity should provide

notice of such recall to Operator and the first

Replacement Customer no later than 7:00 A.M. CT on the

day that Intraday 1 Nominations are due;

(ii) Operator shall provide notification of such recall to

all affected Replacement Customers no later than 8:00

A.M. CT on the day that Intraday 1 Nominations are

due; and
