2. CONTRACTING FOR STORAGE SERVICE (Continued)

 

2.13 Complaints. In the event that a Customer or Potential Customer has a

complaint relative to a particular Service, Customer or Potential

Customer shall provide a verbal description of the complaint, to be

followed in writing, including the identification of the service request

(if applicable), and communicate it to:

Operator shall respond orally within forty-eight (48) hours and in

writing within thirty (30) Days of receipt of the complaint advising

Customer or Potential Customer of the disposition of the complaint. In

the event the required date of Operator's response falls on a Saturday,

Sunday or a holiday that affects Operator, Operator shall respond by the

next Business Day.
