GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Except where expressly stated otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions of the

currently effective FERC Gas Tariff of Monroe Gas Storage Company, LLC ("Operator")

shall apply to all natural gas services rendered by Operator under any Service

Agreement, including, but not limited to, service under Rate Schedules FSS, ISS, EPS,

ELS, IPS, ILS, IWS, IBTS, and IBS.
