RATE SCHEDULE IWS - INTERRUPTIBLE WHEELING SERVICE

Wheeling Charge: Market-based/Negotiable Rate ($/Dth)

Payment is equal to the Wheeling Charge multiplied by the Dth quantity

wheeled by Customer or Customer's Maximum Daily Wheeling Quantity during

a given month, as specified in Customer's executed Service Agreement

applicable to Rate Schedule IWS.

Fuel Reimbursement Charge: Market-based/Negotiable Rate ($/Dth), or % in-kind

Payment is to be reimbursed by Customer in-kind as a percent per Dth or

in dollars per Dth on a monthly basis as determined pursuant to Section

14 (Fuel Reimbursement) of the General Terms and Conditions of this FERC

Gas Tariff and as specified in Customer's executed Service Agreement

applicable to Rate Schedule IWS.

All applicable taxes set forth in either the General Terms and Conditions of

this FERC Gas Tariff or the Service Agreement and all other applicable

surcharges shall also be paid by Customer.
