4.6 Failure of Meter (Continued):
(a) By correcting the error if the percentage of error is
ascertainable by calibration, tests or mathematical
calculation; or
(b) In the absence of (a), by using the registration of any
check meter or meters if installed and accurately registering;
or
(c) In the absence of both (a) and (b), by estimating the
quantity of delivery by deliveries during periods under
similar conditions when the meter was registering accurately.
5. Billing:
5.1 Determination of Volumes: There shall be subtracted from
the total amount of natural gas delivered by Seller to Buyer
during the billing period the volumes of gas sold by Seller to
Buyer under Rate Schedule IS-1. The remaining balance delivered
by Seller to Buyer during the billing period shall be billed
under the Rate Schedule FS-1.
5.2 Billing: On or before the tenth day of each month,
Seller shall render to Buyer a statement of the quantities of
natural gas delivered to Buyer during the preceding month and
the amount due from Buyer to Seller. When information
necessary for billing purposes is in control of Buyer, Buyer
shall furnish such information to Seller on or before the
fifth day of each month.
5.3 Examination of Records: Both Seller and Buyer shall have
the right to examine, at reasonable times, books, records and
charts of the other to the extent necessary to verify the
accuracy of any statement, charge or computation made under or
pursuant to any of the provisions hereof.
