shall have an opportunity to view all bids and the final

selection, and shall have an opportunity to notify Norte¤o

if, in its opinion, the selection of the Replacement Shipper

was not in accordance with the selection criteria. Bidding

Shipper, by its signature, agrees that Norte¤o shall not be

liable in any manner for its selection of a Replacement

Shipper.

Bidding Shipper understands that this Request Form, complete

and unrevised as to format, must be received by Norte¤o

before the Request will be accepted and processed. In

addition, Bidding Shipper agrees that it may not bid for

Released Capacity until notified by Norte¤o that it has

approved a specific level of creditworthiness and a

transportation quantity that will limit the amount of firm

capacity that Bidding Shipper may bid for pursuant to the

Released Capacity Serve. Bidding Shipper also understands

that it may be required to provide any additional

information required by Norte¤o's Transportation Request

Form set forth in this FERC Gas Tariff prior to executing a

Service Agreement.
