8.2 Norte¤o shall deliver to Shipper at the Delivery

Point(s) at the pressure as it exists from time to time

in Norte¤o's or Norte¤o's agent's pipeline system.

Norte¤o shall have no obligation to provide compression

and/or alter its system operation to effectuate

deliveries at the Delivery Point(s) hereunder.

Miscellaneous

10.1 This Agreement shall bind and benefit the successors

and assigns of the respective parties hereto; provided,

however, neither party shall assign this Agreement or

any of its rights or obligations hereunder without

first obtaining the written consent of the other party.
