the Maximum Daily Quantities for all Delivery Point(s)

set forth on Exhibits B and C may exceed Shipper's

MDTQ, but shall not operate to increase Shipper's MDTQ

or Norte¤o's delivery obligation as set forth in

Article I of this Agreement.
