aforementioned filings, or seek authorization from duly

constituted regulatory authorities for such adjustment

of Norte¤o's existing FERC Gas Tariff as may be found

necessary in order to assure that the provisions in

(a), (b) or (c) above are just and reasonable.

ARTICLE III

Term of Agreement and

Commencement of Service

3.1 This Agreement shall be effective on the date first

written above. This Agreement shall continue in full

force and effect for a term ending ________________,

and shall continue from month to month thereafter until

terminated either by Norte¤o or by Shipper upon 60 days

prior written notice to the other.
