pressure sufficient to enter Norte¤o's system, but in

no event shall such gas be delivered at a pressure

exceeding the maximum authorized operating pressure or

such other pressure as Norte¤o permits at the Receipt

Point(s).

8.2 Norte¤o shall deliver to Replacement Shipper at the

Delivery Point(s) at the pressure as it exists from

time to time in Norte¤o's or Norte¤o's agent's pipeline

system. Norte¤o shall have no obligation to provide

compression and/or alter its system operation to

effectuate deliveries at the Delivery Point(s)

hereunder.
