2.2 This Agreement in all respects shall be and remain

subject to the provisions of said Rate Schedule RCS, of

the provisions of the Transportation Service Agreement

of the Releasing Shipper, and of the applicable

provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of

Norte¤o on file with the FERC (as the same may

hereafter be legally amended or superseded), all of

which are made a part hereof by this reference.

Certain of the General Terms and Conditions are to be

adjusted for the purpose of this Agreement, and the

adjustments are set forth in Article IX of this

Agreement. [This last sentence is included only if

applicable.]
