ARTICLE VIII

Pressure

8.1 The quantities of gas delivered or caused to be

delivered by Shipper to Norte¤o hereunder shall be

delivered into Norte¤o's pipeline system at a pressure

sufficient to enter Norte¤o's system, but in no event

shall such gas be delivered at a pressure exceeding the

maximum authorized operating pressure or such other

pressure as Norte¤o permits at the Receipt Point(s).

8.2 Norte¤o shall deliver to Shipper at the Delivery

Point(s) at the pressure as it exists from time to time

in Norte¤o's or Norte¤o's agent's pipeline system.

Norte¤o shall have no obligation to provide compression

and/or alter its system operation to effectuate

deliveries at the Delivery Point(s) hereunder.

Other Provisions
