18. SALES OPERATING PROVISIONS AND NOMINATIONS:

18.1 Nominations and Other Information - Upon request

of Norte¤o, a Buyer shall submit Nominations of

the daily, monthly and annual quantities of gas

required hereunder, including peak day

requirements, together with such other operating

data as Norte¤o may require in order to schedule

its daily, monthly and seasonal operations

including its deliveries to Buyer, and to meet its

system requirements and obligations.

19. TRANSPORTATION OPERATING PROVISIONS AND NOMINATIONS:

19.1 Nominating Initial or First of the Month Service -

For purposes of scheduling commencement of

transportation service initially or for the first

of a month, five business days prior to the first

of the month in which service is to commence, or

such lesser period of time mutually agreed upon by

Shipper and Norte¤o, Shipper will provide Norte¤o

a Nomination. No transportation service will

commence unless or until Norte¤o has received the

Nomination and the Shipper has been advised by

Norte¤o's gas dispatchers that the upstream and

downstream operators controlling delivery and

receipt, respectively, of the gas nominated have

confirmed its availability, or portion thereof,

for delivery and receipt, respectively, and that

service is scheduled to commence.

19.2 Nominating a Change In Service - For purposes of

scheduling any change in transportation service,

Shipper will provide a Nomination indicating the

changes to be made to the service and the date the

revised service is to commence.

For all proposed changes, the Nomination must be

received at least 24 hours prior to the requested

commencement of the revised service, unless a

lesser period of time is mutually agreed upon by

Norte¤o and Shipper. Except in instances of Force

Majeure or change in service necessitated by an

inaccurate weather forecast, no change in service

will commence unless or until Norte¤o has received

the Nomination and the Shipper has been advised by
