8.3 Correction of Billing Errors - In the event an

error is discovered in the amount billed in any

statement rendered by Norte¤o, such error shall be

adjusted within thirty days of the claim

therefore, provided that claim therefore shall

have been made within twelve (12) months from the

date of such statement.

8.4 Billing Disputes - If Buyer or Shipper disputes

the amount due under any bill, the Buyer or

Shipper shall provide notice to Norte¤o of such

disagreement by providing detailed calculations

supporting the disputed amount and the amount paid

on or before the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the

month during which the bill is due.

9. PAYMENT:

9.1 Payment - In U.S. funds, on or before the

twenty-fifth day of each month, Buyer or Shipper

shall pay Norte¤o, at Norte¤o's general office, or

at Norte¤o's option, by wire transfer or to a bank

designated by Norte¤o, the amount due from Buyer

or Shipper for the preceding month as billed by

Norte¤o.

9.2 Unpaid Amounts - Should Buyer or Shipper fail to

pay the amount of any bill for gas delivered, as

herein provided, when such amount is due, interest

on the unpaid amount shall accrue at the rate and

in the manner provided by the Commission's

Regulations, Section 154.67(c)(2)(iii)(A) and (B)

from the due date until the date of payment. If

such failure to pay continues for thirty days

after payment is due, Norte¤o, in addition to any

other remedy it may have, may, after obtaining any

requisite authorization, suspend further delivery

of gas until such amount is paid; provided,

however, that if Buyer or Shipper, in good faith,

shall dispute the amount of such bill or part

thereof and shall pay to Norte¤o such amount not

in dispute and at any time thereafter, within

thirty days of a demand made by Norte¤o, shall

furnish a good and sufficient surety bond, in

amount and with sureties satisfactory to Norte¤o,
