RATE SCHEDULE FT-DN

FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE - DEL NORTE DIVISION

1. AVAILABILITY:

1.1 This Rate Schedule is available for transportation

of natural gas on a firm basis by Norte¤o Pipeline

Company (hereinafter called "Norte¤o") in

Norte¤o's Del Norte Division for any party

(hereinafter called "Shipper"), under the

following conditions:

(a) Norte¤o determines that sufficient capacity

is available on its system to provide

requested firm transportation service;

(b) Shipper makes a valid request for service

under Section 3.1 of this Rate Schedule;

(c) Shipper has executed an FT-DN Service

Agreement for firm transportation service

under this Rate Schedule;

(d) Shipper has title to, or the good right to

deliver the gas to Norte¤o for transportation

under this Rate Schedule.

1.2 Norte¤o will make transportation available on a

first-come, first-served basis to any Shipper

willing to pay the maximum rates hereunder and in

accordance with the General Terms and Conditions

governing service hereunder as set forth from time

to time in Norte¤o's FERC Gas Tariff.
