5.6 The Minimum Monthly Bill shall be the Reservation

Charge applicable for the Billing Month.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Shipper shall provide Norte¤o with such information as

is needed to meet the requirements placed on Norte¤o

pursuant to 18 CFR Part 284. Except as otherwise

expressly indicated in this Rate Schedule, all of

Norte¤o's General Terms and Conditions contained in

this FERC Gas Tariff, including any modifications,

additions or deletions thereto, are incorporated as

part of this Rate Schedule, and made applicable to all

service rendered under this Rate Schedule.
