III. Allocation of Capacity

1. The firm capacity in the main line has not been fully allocated among

the existing shippers.

2. The procedure to be followed by a new shipper, in order to receive an

allocation of firm capacity on the main line, is set forth in Section 2

of the General Terms and Conditions.

3. The procedure to be followed by a new shipper, in order to receive

interruptible transportation service on UTOS' main line, is set forth

in Section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions.
