21. STANDARDS OF CONDUCT COMPLIANCE

21.1 Informational Postings. All information required to be posted

pursuant to the Commission's currently effective Standards of

Conduct regulations will be provided on Steckman Ridge's Internet

Web site under Informational Postings. Such information will be

updated as required by applicable regulation(s) issued by the

Commission.

21.2 All terms and conditions set forth in this FERC Gas Tariff shall

be applied in a non-discriminatory manner without regard to the

affiliation of any entity to Steckman Ridge.

21.3 Steckman Ridge shall provide service under Rate Schedules FSS,

EPS, ELS, ISS, IPS and ILS on a basis that is equal in quality

for all Gas supplies stored, parked and/or loaned by Steckman

Ridge under such rate schedules.

21.4 Complaints regarding Steckman Ridge's compliance with its

procedures for implementation of and compliance with the

Commission's currently effective Standards of Conduct regulations

shall be submitted and addressed in accordance with Section 22 of

these General Terms and Conditions.
