(d) Facilities: Identification and location of any facilities to be

constructed or installed by any party.

6.3 Credit Evaluation: Any person seeking new service from

Transporter under Rate Schedule IT must provide sufficient information to

enable Transporter to determine the Shipper's creditworthiness under Section

5 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.

6.4 Modification of Service: Any modification of an existing

transportation service under Rate Schedule IT shall be requested by

Shipper's submission of a new written service request with a notation that

the service requested is a modification of an existing service. The

modification shall be effective after the request for service has been fully

processed and accepted by Transporter.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipper shall provide Transporter with information as needed to meet the

requirements placed on Transporter pursuant to the Commission's orders and

regulations. The General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff, as they may

be revised from time to time, are incorporated as part of this Rate

Schedule.
