fundamental constants, observations, records and procedures involved

in the determination and/or verification of the quantity and other

characteristics of Gas delivered hereunder shall be in accordance

with the standards prescribed in the latest edition of A.G.A. Report

No. 3 (ANSI/API 2530) on "Orifice Metering of Natural Gas," with any

revisions, amendments or supplements as may be mutually acceptable
