29.2 (a) MEP shall utilize the standardized datasets provided

by the standards incorporated by reference in 18 C.F.R. Section 284.12.

MEP's implementation guide for the standardized data sets specifies

MEP's intended use, if any, of the data elements that are coded as

"business conditional" (BC) and "mutually agreeable" (MA) for purposes

of EDI. The implementation guide may be obtained by contacting the

Website-Help Line (1-800-258-3278) and asking for the EDI coordinator.

If requested by a Shipper, MEP will, within sixty (60) days begin

exchanging such data sets with the requesting Shipper.

(b) MEP shall utilize the following data dictionary

standards:

(1) ADDITIONAL RELATED STANDARDS (Version 1.8:

(2) NOMINATIONS RELATED STANDARDS (Version 1.8):

1.4.1, 1.4.2, 1.4.3, 1.4.4, 1.4.5, 1.4.6, and 1.4.7.
