(b) RECALL NOMINATION TIMELINE
Releasing Shippers may, to the extent permitted as
a condition of the capacity release, recall released capacity
(scheduled or unscheduled) at any of the Daily nomination cycles
consistent with the following (notice of the allocation of capacity
between the Releasing Shipper and the Replacement Shipper hereunder
is intended to be provided in a manner that will permit affected
parties sufficient time to place nominations or take other corrective
actions and thereby avoid penalties):
(1) TIMELY RECALL NOTIFICATION
(i) A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity
must provide notice of such recall to MEP and to the first
Replacement Shipper no later than 8:00 a.m. on the Day that Timely
Nominations are due;
(ii) MEP shall provide notification of such
recall to all affected Replacement Shippers no later than 9:00 a.m.
on the Day that Timely Nominations are due (Central Clock Time);
(2) EARLY EVENING RECALL NOTIFICATION
(i) A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity
must provide notice of such recall to MEP and to the first
Replacement Shipper no later than 3:00 p.m. on the Day that Evening
Nominations are due;
(ii) MEP shall provide notification of such
recall to all affected Replacement Shippers no later than 4:00 p.m.
on the Day that Evening Nominations are due (Central Clock Time);
(3) EVENING RECALL NOTIFICATION
(i) Releasing Shipper recalling capacity
must provide notice of such recall to MEP and to the first
Replacement Shipper no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Day that Evening
Nominations are due;
(ii) MEP shall provide notification of such
recall to all affected Replacement Shippers no later than 6:00 p.m.
on the Day that Evening Nominations are due (Central Clock time);
