made subsequent to issuance of the original logon and password may

not be honored without receipt by MEP of additional authorization

from Subscriber. Subscriber shall be responsible for and accepts

liability for any security breach that is traced to Subscriber's

consistent with Section 24 of these General Terms and Conditions.

13.9 BREACH OF SECURITY

A Subscriber shall promptly notify MEP if there is any

indication that a security breach has occurred with regard to

Subscriber's logon and password. This includes, but is not limited

to: (a) loss of confidentiality of logon and password; (b)

termination of employment of any authorized employee; or (c) loss of

notification shall be made to MEP's Electronic Customer Services

Department.

A Subscriber may attempt to access only that data for

which Subscriber has authorization. A Subscriber shall provide

agency relationship. See Section 6 of these General Terms and

Conditions for information on delegation.
