GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.8 DELEGATION
A Shipper may delegate to any third party responsibility
for submitting and receiving notices or nominations or performing
other administrative duties under any Agreement, and an entity which
controls a point of interconnection with MEP may delegate to any
third party responsibility for administering agreements regarding
allocation of Gas volumes at the point and/or for administering any
point operator agreement, subject to the following conditions:
(a) Any designation of such a representative, and any
change in such designation, must be in writing and must be submitted
at least two (2) Business Days prior to the requested effective date.
(b) The written designation shall specify any limits
on the authority of the representative, including any time limit on
the designation; provided, however, that MEP may reject any such
limited designation if the limitations specified in the designation
would result in an undue administrative burden.
(c) MEP may rely on communications from the designated
representative of a Shipper or interconnecting entity for all
purposes except to the extent the designation is explicitly limited
as specified in the preceding Section 6.8(b). Communications by MEP
to such designated representative shall be deemed notice to Shipper
or the interconnecting entity except to the extent the
representative's authority is explicitly limited with respect to the
receipt of notice under the procedure set out in said Section 6.8(b).
(d) Any third party may administer multiple
transportation Agreements as the designated representative for one or
more Shippers and/or interconnecting entities. However, such
representative shall separately administer and account for each such
Agreement.
