GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
----------------------------
(e) Revised predetermined allocations are to be
submitted consistent with Section 7 of these General Terms and
Conditions.
(f) Unless MEP agrees to the contrary, the revised
nomination under an Intra-Day Nomination may be limited by Section
6.4(c). MEP and the interconnecting party will agree on the hourly
flows of the Intra-Day Nomination.
(g) An Intra-Day nomination is only effective for a
single Day. There is no need to re-nominate if the Intra-Day
nomination is intended to modify the existing nomination. The Shipper
should submit a new timely nomination if the Shipper wants to replace
the previously submitted standing nomination or commence service for
the next Gas Day.
(h) Intra-Day nominations can be used to request
increases or decreases in total flow, changes to Receipt Points, or
changes to Delivery Points of scheduled Gas.
6.6 END-OF-GAS-DAY SCHEDULED QUANTITY DOCUMENT
At the end of each Day, MEP will provide the final
scheduled quantities for the just completed Day. MEP will send an End
of Gas Day Scheduled Quantity document. Receivers of the End of Gas
Day Scheduled Quantity document can waive the sender's sending of the
End of Gas Day Scheduled Quantity document.
6.7 OVERRUN QUANTITIES
Shippers submitting nominations via Interactive Website
or EDI for transportation of overrun volumes (volumes in excess of
the MDQ) may either include such overrun volumes in their nominations
for volumes within MDQ, or may submit separate nominations for such
overrun volumes. If the Shipper elects to submit a separate
nomination, the Shipper should mark that nomination as being for
overrun volumes.
