9. UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM ARRANGEMENTS

Shipper shall make all necessary arrangements with upstream

or downstream entities. Such arrangements must be consistent with

this Rate Schedule PALS and must be coordinated with MEP.

10. ALLOCATION OF SERVICE

Scheduling and curtailment of service hereunder in relation

to other services provided by MEP will be governed by the General

Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.
