26. NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY STANDARDS BOARD (NAESB) STANDARDS

NAESB Standards are business practice and electronic communication

standards promulgated September 30, 2006, by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant (WGQ)

of the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) and adopted and codified

by the Commission in Section 284.12 of its Regulations.

White River specifically incorporates by reference into this FERC Gas

Tariff, Version 1.8 of the following NAESB definitions, standards and
