(ii) Shipper shall be obligated to begin paying the monthly

reservation charges beginning on the first day of the term of service set

forth in the applicable transportation service agreement.

(iii) Except as provided for in § 6.14 of the General Terms

and Conditions, if Shipper releases its capacity, Shipper will remain liable

for the reservation charge.

(b) Usage Charge. Shipper shall pay the appropriate usage

charge for all gas nominated by Shipper and scheduled by White River for

delivery. The usage charge shall be stated in the transportation service

agreement.

(c) Authorized Overrun Charge. The authorized overrun charge

shall apply to all quantities of gas transported for Shipper under § 2.2 of

this Rate Schedule, and shall be no more than the maximum nor less than the

minimum rate specified in the Statement of Rates.

(d) Unauthorized Overrun Charge. Shipper shall pay the

unauthorized overrun charge listed on White River's Statement of Rates for all

unauthorized overrun quantities of gas.

(e) Lost-and-Unaccounted-For Gas Reimbursement. Shipper shall

reimburse White River in kind for lost-and-unaccounted-for gas according to §

12.14 of the General Terms and Conditions and the Statement of Rates.

(f) Additional Facility Charge. Any charge for additional

facilities required to provide transportation service to Shipper will be

determined according to §§ 15 and 17 of the General Terms and Conditions.

(g) Annual Charge Adjustment. The Annual Charge Adjustment

listed on the Statement of Rates shall apply to all quantities of gas

transported for Shipper under this Rate Schedule, including those transported

pursuant to § 2.2 of this Rate Schedule.
