any manner, the obligations of Shipper existing under any other provisions of
the executed Transportation Service Agreement. In the event natural gas is
delivered into TransColorado's system that would cause the natural gas in a
portion of TransColorado's pipeline to become unmerchantable, then
TransColorado is permitted to act expediently to make the gas merchantable
again by any and all reasonable methods, including, without limitation, to
venting the pipeline of whatever quantity of natural gas necessary to achieve
a merchantable stream of gas. Shipper shall reimburse TransColorado for all
reasonable expenses incurred by TransColorado to obtain merchantable natural
gas again, including operational and gas costs associated with venting the
pipeline. In such cases, TransColorado shall promptly notify Shipper of the
non-conforming supply and any steps taken to protect the merchantability of
the gas.
11.11 Quality of TransColorado's Deliveries. TransColorado shall
deliver to Shipper or for Shipper's account gas that is of merchantable
quality.
11.12 Commingling. Gas received from Shipper will be commingled with
the gas of other Shippers in the System. Accordingly, the gas of Shipper
shall be subject to such changes in gross heating value per cubic foot and
other specifications as may result from such commingling.
