9. USE OF RECEIPT AND DELIVERY POINTS (Continued)

9.6 Availability of receipt and delivery point information. Shippers

may obtain information through the Informational Postings portion of

TransColorado's Interactive Website regarding its ability to provide

transportation service at the receipt and delivery points desired by the

Shipper.

9.7 Discounted Transportation Rates. Previously discounted firm

transportation rates for primary receipt and delivery points will not apply to

service at alternate points. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by

TransColorado, Shipper shall pay the maximum applicable reservation and usage

charges for service nominated at the alternate points. In addition, if

primary receipt and delivery points are changed, the maximum applicable

reservation and usage charges shall apply at the new receipt or delivery

point, unless TransColorado otherwise agrees in writing.
