GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4. REQUEST FOR INTERRUPTIBLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
4.1 Notice of Available Interruptible Capacity. TransColorado will
post the availability of capacity on a continuous basis, pursuant to Section
284.9(b)(3) of the Commission's Regulations.
4.2 Request for Service. If a Shipper desires service under Rate
Schedule IT, it must request the service through the Interactive Website or in
writing and provide the following information:
(a) The full legal name, business address and phone number, and
state of incorporation of the Shipper requesting service and the party with
whom all contact should be made.
(b) A designation of whether Shipper is a local distribution
company, intrastate pipeline company, interstate pipeline company, producer,
end-user or marketer.
(c) The extent of Shipper's affiliation with TransColorado.
(d) Shipper's Dun and Bradstreet number.
(e) The initial term of the service, including beginning and
ending dates.
(f) Daily quantity Dth/day.
(g) Receipt and delivery points requested.
(h) The usage charge that Shipper proposes to pay for the
requested service:

4.3 Information Update. Any change in the facts or information
provided by Shipper in its request for service, whether before or after
service begins, must be promptly communicated to TransColorado.
