2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE (Continued)

2.2 Authorized Overrun Service. Upon request of Shipper,

TransColorado may elect to receive, transport and deliver volumes of gas in

excess of Shipper's Daily Quantity. Such service shall be rendered on an

interruptible basis and provided in accordance with Section 8 of the General

Terms and Conditions and is subject to the maximum and minimum rates for IT

transportation service.
