NON-CONFORMING AGREEMENTS

The Commission has directed that the following Agreements be filed with the Commission because

they contain provisions which do not conform to TransColorado's pro forma service agreements.

1. EnCana Marketing (USA), Inc., Transportation Rate Schedule FTS Agreement, filed with the

Commission on October 31, 2007(Contract No. 552449).

2. EnCana Marketing (USA), Inc., Transportation Rate Schedule FTS Agreement, filed with the

Commission on October 31, 2007(Contract No. 552458).
