9. STORAGE RATCHETS

Customer shall select one of the following options for (i) daily injection

capability, and (ii) daily withdrawal capability for inclusion in its executed Firm

Storage Service Agreement:

Injection Options

Option 1 (no ratchets):

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = 0 – 100%

MDIQ Multiplier = 100%

Option 2:

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = 0 – 50%

MDIQ Multiplier = 100%

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = Greater than 50% - 70%

MDIQ Multiplier = 60%

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = Greater than 70%

MDIQ Multiplier = 30%

Withdrawal Options

Option 1 (no ratchets):

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = 0 – 100%

MDIQ Multiplier = 100%

Option 2:

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = 100% - 20%

MDIQ Multiplier = 100%

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = Less than 20%

MDIQ Multiplier = 50%

Option 3:

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = 100% - 70%

MDIQ Multiplier = 100%

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = Less than 70% - 40%

MDIQ Multiplier = 75%

Customer’s Storage Inventory/MSQ = Less than 40%

MDIQ Multiplier = 50%

10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applicable provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff, as such

provisions may be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated by reference and made a

part of this FSS Rate Schedule, where applicable, and shall supplement the terms and conditions

governing service rendered hereunder, as though stated herein; provided, however, that in the

event of any inconsistency, the terms of this FSS Rate Schedule shall control.
