Reimbursement Negotiable

This amount of Gas shall be reimbursed by Customer in kind, as determined pursuant to the General

Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff and the Customer's executed Interruptible Hourly Balancing

Service Agreement.

In addition to the charges specified above, Customer shall pay all applicable taxes set forth in either

the General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff or the Interruptible Hourly Balancing Service

Agreement and all other applicable surcharges, including, but not limited to, ACA charges.

*All quantities of Gas are measured in Dekatherms (Dth).
