ARTICLE I

CONFIRMATION OF NOMINATIONS

1.1 Nominations of Customers will be confirmed in accordance with the

Parties Tariffs. Any notice of changes to nominations to this Agreement to

adjust for operational errors in the volumes may be given by telephone or

facsimile transmission to the phone or facsimile number set forth below in

this Article and shall be confirmed in writing. Any written notice shall be

deemed delivered when transmitted by facsimile or when mailed, by either

certified or ordinary mail, postage prepaid, to the post office address of

either of the Parties hereto, as the case may be, as follows:

A Party's phone or fax numbers or address set forth herein may be changed

from time to time by giving written notice of such change to the other Party.

Such changes shall be effective upon actual receipt of such notice by the
