posts on the Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) of Hardy Storage Company, LLC

(Seller), pursuant to Section 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of

Seller's FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1 (Tariff), Releasor's release

of its service rights (i) under its Service Agreement (Agreement) under the

____ Rate Schedule with Seller dated _____________, 20____ and having

Contract Number _______________, as limited and described herein; or (ii)

under that certain Assignment Agreement (Assignment Agreement) by and between

Releasor and ___________________ pertaining to service under Seller's

__________ Rate Schedule dated ______________________, 20____, having

Assignment Number __________________, as limited and described herein.

1. Prearrangement.

(a) ____ an assignment has been prearranged with ________________

(Replacement Customer) for a period of 31 days or less; or

(b) ____ an assignment has been prearranged with

___________________________________________ (Replacement Customer) for a

period of more than 31 days and Replacement Customer has agreed to pay at

least the applicable maximum rate.

2. Released Service Rights. The capacity and service rights released

under the Agreement shall be as follows:

(a) Storage Contract Quantity (HSCQ) under HSS Service ____________

(Dth) and Maximum Daily Storage Quantity (HMDSQ) for HSS Dth/d)

(b) The release of capacity and service rights described herein shall

commence as of _____________________________, 20____, and shall continue in

full force and effect until ___________________________, 20____, subject to

any recall rights specified herein by Releasor.
