FORM OF RELEASE NOTICE

_________________________________________________ (Releasor) hereby notifies

Hardy Storage Company, LLC(Seller) that pursuant to Section 14 of the General

Terms and Conditions of Seller's FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1

(Tariff), it desires to release and assign its service rights (i) under its

Service Agreement (Agreement) under the _____ Rate Schedule with Seller dated

___________________, 20____ and having Contract Number _______________, as

limited and described herein; or (ii) under another Assignment Agreement

(Agreement) by and between Releasor _______________ and _________________

pertaining to service under Seller's _____ Rate Schedule dated

___________________, 20____, and having Assignment Number ________________,

as limited and described herein.

1. Prearrangement. The capacity and service rights described herein

shall be submitted for bid pursuant to Section 14 of the General Terms and

Conditions of Seller's Tariff as a release for which:

(a) ____ there is no prearranged assignment; or

(b) ____ an assignment has been prearranged with

____________________________________ (Replacement Customer) and does not

qualify as an exempt from bidding offer as described in the General Terms and

Conditions 14.2(a) or 14.2(c).

2. Released Service Rights. The capacity and service rights to be

released and assigned under the Agreement shall be as follows:

(a) Storage Contract Quantity (HSCQ) under HSS Service

___________ (Dth) and Maximum Daily Storage Quantity (HMDSQ) for HSS (Dth/d)

(b) The release of capacity and service rights described herein

shall commence as of _____________________________, 20____, and shall

continue in full force and effect until ___________________________, 20____,

subject to any recall rights specified herein by Releasor.
