(d) "Intraday 2 Nomination Cycle" is 5:00 p.m. for nominations leaving
control of the nominating party; 5:15 p.m. for receipt of nominations by the
Seller (including from TTTSPs); 5:30 p.m. to send Quick Response; 8:00 p.m.
for receipt of completed confirmations by Seller from upstream and downstream
connected parties; 9:00 p.m. for Seller to provide scheduled quantities to
affected Customers and Interconnecting Operators (central clock time on the
Gas Day). Scheduled quantities resulting from Intraday 2 Nominations should
be effective at 9:00 p.m. on Gas Day. Bumping is not allowed during the
Intraday 2 Nomination Cycle.
(e) For purposes of b, c and d above, "provide" shall mean, for
transmittals pursuant to standards 1.4.x, receipt at Customer's or
Interconnecting Operator's designated site, and for purposes of other forms
of transmittal, it shall mean send or post.
1.28 "OBA" shall mean an Operational Balancing Agreement between two parties
that specifies the procedures for managing operating variances at an
interconnect.
1.29 "Operational Flow Order (OFO)" shall mean an order issued to alleviate
conditions, inter alia, which threaten or could threaten the safe operations
or system integrity, of the transportation service provider's system or to
maintain operations required to provide efficient and reliable firm service.
Whenever Seller experiences these conditions, any pertinent order shall be
referred to as an Operational Flow Order.
