ARTICLE VII

Cancellation of Prior Contracts

If this Agreement becomes effective as an executed service

agreement as of _____________, it shall supersede and cancel, as of such

date, the contract for storage service between Seller and Buyer _______,

dated otherwise this instrument shall be null and void after said date

and the prior contract referred to shall remain in full force and effect

unless it shall have expired by its own terms.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agree-

ment to be signed by their respective Presidents or Vice Presidents

thereunto duly authorized and their respective corporate seals to be

hereto affixed and attested by their respective Secretaries and Assistant

Secretaries, the day and year first above written.
