ARTICLE IV

Receipt and Delivery Points

The Point(s) of Delivery for all natural gas received by

Seller from Buyer and for gas delivered by Seller to Buyer under this

Agreement shall be ______________________.

ARTICLE V

Pressure

Buyer shall deliver gas to Seller for injection into storage

at pressures sufficient to allow Seller to receive gas at Seller's

existing pipeline pressure at the point of delivery to Seller, but not

more than ______ pounds per square inch gauge, and Seller will deliver

gas withdrawn from storage to Buyer at the pressures existing in Seller's

pipeline at the point of delivery, but not more than ______ pounds per

square inch gauge. Each of the parties hereto will use due care and

diligence to maintain such uniform pressures at the point or points of

delivery as may reasonably be required by the other, but neither party

may be required to deliver gas to the other at greater pressures than

those hereinbefore specified.
