29. PERIODIC REPORTS

In accordance with and as approved by the Commission's July 8, 1993

Order approving the Offer of Settlement filed January 12, 1993 in

Docket No. RP91-68-016 et al., Transporter shall file semi-annual

reports (coinciding with the terminations of the injection and

withdrawal cycles) containing certain operational and other information

concerning storage fields formerly operated by Penn-York Energy

Corporation.
