charges such as fuel and shrinkage for receipts from Zone 0.

TG5 = TGP FT firm transportation rate for Zone 5 deliveries,

not including demand or reservation charges or surcharges, but

including the maximum commodity rate and all other variable

charges such as fuel and shrinkage for receipts from Zone 0.
