14. ALLOCATION AND IMBALANCES (Cont'd.)
SWI = Southwest Index, which is the arithmetic average of the
index prices computed for South Texas deliveries to each of
Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company ("TGP"), Texas Eastern
Transmission, L.P. ("Texas Eastern") and Transcontinental Gas
Pipe Line Corporation ("Transco"), according to the following
methodology:
The TGP South Texas Index Price shall be computed by
averaging:
(i) an average of the "midpoint" price for each reported
day of the month applicable to gas delivered to TGP
(Texas, Zone 0), as reported in Platt's Gas Daily
Price Guide ("Platt's"), in a table entitled "Daily
Prices of Spot Gas Delivered to Pipelines";
(ii) the "index" price applicable to gas delivered to TGP
(Texas, Zone 0), as reported in Platt's, in a table
entitled "Prices of Spot Gas Delivered to Pipelines",
as of the first day of the month; and
(iii) for each issue of Natural Gas Intelligence Weekly Gas
Price Index ("NGIW") that contains a table of spot gas
prices for the applicable month, the average price
shown for spot gas prices delivered to TGP in South
Texas.
The Texas Eastern South Texas Index Price shall be computed by
averaging:
(i) an average of the "midpoint" price for each reported
day of the month applicable to gas delivered to Texas
Eastern (South Texas Zone), as reported in Platt's, in
a table entitled "Daily Prices of Spot Gas Delivered
to Pipelines";
(ii) the "index" price applicable to gas delivered to Texas
Eastern (South Texas Zone), as reported in Platt's, in
a table entitled "Prices of Spot Gas Delivered to
Pipelines", as of the first day of the month; and
