1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS (Cont'd)

1.26 The term "Web Site" shall mean the World Wide Web Site established

and maintained by Transporter in accordance with the NAESB

Standards and applicable regulations of the Commission requiring

Transporter to display information on an Electronic Bulletin Board.

1.27 The term "Web Site User" shall mean a Shipper or other party who

accesses the Web Site.

1.28 The term "Elapsed Prorata Capacity" shall mean that portion of the

capacity that would have theoretically been available for use prior

to the effective time of the intra-day recall based upon a

cumulative uniform hourly use of the capacity.

1.29 The term "Transportation LAUF retention" shall mean the percentage

of gas retained by Transporter to compensate for lost and

unaccounted for quantities on its system in connection with the

provision of transportation services other then storage services.

1.30 The term "Storage LAUF retention" shall mean the percentage of gas

retained by Transporter to compensate for lost and unaccounted for

quantities on its system in connection with the provision of

storage services.
