ISS RATE SCHEDULE
Interruptible Storage Service
1. AVAILABILITY
1.1 This rate schedule is available for interruptible storage service
by National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation (hereinafter called
"Transporter") for any person (hereinafter called "Shipper")
provided that: (i) capacity is available in storage fields
utilized by Transporter from time to time; (ii) Shipper makes a
request for service as set forth in Section 31 of the General
Terms and Conditions and executes a service agreement for
interruptible storage service under this ISS Rate Schedule in the
form contained in this Tariff and has entered into a service
agreement under Transporter's FT, FT-S, FST, EFT or IT Rate
Schedule providing for the receipt and delivery of gas
attributable to service hereunder; and (iii) said service complies
with the terms and conditions of this ISS Rate Schedule.
1.2 In addition to the information specified in Section 31 of the
General Terms and Conditions of this tariff, a request for service
under this rate schedule shall include the following:
Gas Quantities: The Maximum Daily Injection and Withdrawal
Quantities and the Maximum Storage Quantity (MSQ) stated in
dekatherms.
2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE
2.1 The storage service provided under this ISS Rate Schedule shall be
performed under Subpart 284G of the Commission's Regulations or,
where specifically referenced in the ISS Service Agreement,
Subpart 284B of such regulations. This ISS Rate Schedule shall
apply to all gas stored by Transporter for Shipper pursuant to an
ISS Service Agreement.
2.2 (a) Service hereunder shall be provided on an interruptible
basis. Interruption of service includes decreasing,
suspending or discontinuing both the receipt and delivery of
gas.
(b) Service hereunder will be interrupted whenever necessary to
effect injections or withdrawals for firm storage customers.
