FST RATE SCHEDULE
Firm Storage Transportation Service
2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE (Cont'd.)
2.5 Subject to the provisions of this FST Rate Schedule, Transporter
will:
(a) accept natural gas tendered by Shipper at a secondary
receipt point, and
(b) deliver natural gas for the Shipper's account at a
secondary delivery point;
provided that such acceptance or delivery would not impair
Transporter's ability to provide firm transportation (to another
Shipper from a firm primary receipt point or to a firm primary
delivery point) or firm storage service, and provided further
that any such delivery point(s) are equipped with measurement,
control and communication equipment required for firm delivery
points. Use of secondary receipt and delivery points by FST
Shippers shall be superior to the use of such points by
interruptible shippers.
2.6 Shipper may request Transporter to receive, transport, and
deliver quantities of natural gas in excess of Shipper's Contract
MDWTQ or MDITQ any day under the FST Service Agreement. In such
case, Transporter will determine whether the delivery capacity of
its system will permit such receipt, transportation, and delivery
without impairing the ability of Transporter to meet its other
delivery obligations. Deliveries pursuant to such scheduled
overrun transportation shall be subordinated to all firm
transportation and firm storage services and shall be scheduled,
together with transportation under Rate Schedule IT.
