1/ The underlying service agreement contains no material deviations from the pro forma service agreement in Transporter's tariff.

2/ During the term of Amendment No. II and for transportation along the primary path, the reservation rate is $1.52 per Dth. The maximum

commodity rate, FCU and LAUF retention allowances will apply. In addition to these rates, Shipper shall pay all applicable surcharges.

3/ The term of Amendment No. II is June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2011.

4/ No other agreement, understanding, negotiation or consideration is linked to the agreement or Amendment No. II.
